$1,500 – $6,000+
- Examples: bathroom refresh, feature‑wall repaint + trim, small laundry update
- Ideal when fixtures stay mostly in place but finishes are upgraded
- Quote outlines labour, materials allowances, and timeline
Larger multi‑area projects
$6,000 – $20,000+
- Examples: several rooms at once, full condo refresh, or multiple bathrooms
- Often completed in phases to suit your schedule or building rules
- Detailed scope and payment schedule agreed before work begins
